NORFOLK, Va. – Bowie State women's track and field completed their efforts at the Norfolk State Invitational Saturday afternoon at William "Dick" Price Stadium.

JUMPS
- Zahra Graham placed 14th in the high jump at 1.42m while in the long jump, she scratched a mark of 4.60m (23rd).
- Destiny Ehirim was 14th overall in the long jump at 4.91m.
THROWS
- Yassine Kamara earned sixth place in the discus with a throw of 39.35m. She also placed fifth in the shot put with a mark of 12.35m.
- Jamesia Poindexter finished 10th in the hammer throw with a toss of 36.40m. Poindexter was 13th in the shot put (8.85m).
- Also in the discus, Jazmyn McGrit placed 15th (29.37m) and Tania Willis finished 14th in the shot put (7.76m).
