BOWIE, MD -- Bowie State men's and women's cross country will compete in the Bison Invite hosted by Howard University on Friday, Oct. 18 beginning at 10 a.m. from the Kenilworth Park in Washington, D.C. The meet will be the final regular season competition for the Bulldogs in 2024.

Bowie State men's and women's cross country teams both placed fourth at the Jack St. Clair Invite on Saturday at Belmont Plateau. The Bulldog women tallied 127 points in the 6k race with an average time of 30:13.74 while the Bulldog men recorded 151 points and a team average of 34:41.76 in the 8k race.
Naomi English placed 29th and was the first Bulldog to cross the finish line on the women's side with a recording time of 29:06.87 while
Malik Carter led the Bulldog men with a time of 33:12.21 for 31st place overall.
