BOWIE, MD – The Bowie State men's and women's cross-country teams will head to Dover, Del., to compete in the Delaware State Invitational on Friday, Sept. 12, at the DSU Cross Country Terrain. The women's race is set for 3 p.m., followed by the men's race at 4 p.m.

Last Time Out for the Bulldogs
Bowie State men's and women's cross-country teams competed at the Dutchmen Invitational over the weekend. The women's squad placed 13th overall, totaling 419 points with an average 5K time of 29:00.3, while the men finished with an average 8K time of 33:18.5.
Emetem Bezezuh was the first Bulldog across the line, placing 119th with a time of 23:29.8 while Kaniyah Ervin followed in 131st at 24:38.4 for the Bulldog women. Meanwhile, Sean Trader paced BSU with a time of 31:08.8 to finish 109th in the 8K, while Aidan Geron recorded a 148th-place finish at 35:29.1.

The Bulldogs will take a week off before returning to action at the 2025 Don Carthcart Invitational in Salisbury, Md., on Sunday, Sept. 28, with the race scheduled to begin at 2 p.m.
