WILLIAMSBURG, Va. – The Black and Gold sent a handful of athletes to Williamsburg to compete against Virginia Commonwealth and the host school William & Mary, earning seven top-3 finishes and setting numerous PRs.

SPRINTS
- London Diggs finished third in the 200m dash, completing the race in 23.13 while Jalen Wilds placed fourth (23.36).
- Diggs also earned third in the 100m dash with a finishing time of 11.21 – personal-best. Wilds came in behind at 11.41 for fourth place.
- Caleb Rose placed third in the 400m dash, crossing the finish line in 52.25 that marked a new personal record.
HURDLES
- Kareem Kelsick was third in the 110m hurdles, crossing the finish line at 15.68, which set a new personal record.
- Nicholas Kent finished second in the 400m hurdles with a time of 1:07.85.
DISTANCE
JUMPS
- Both Jackson and Ratez McLaurin finished fourth and fifth in the long jump. Jackson had a mark of 5.24m and McLaurin recorded a mark of 4.61m.
THROWS
- Nasser Ross earned a bronze medal in the discus, throwing a mark of 35.17m for a personal record.
- Movado Gray was fourth in the discus with a mark of 33.80m (personal-best). In the shot put, Gray won a bronze (13.01m).
- Ahmad Johnson was fourth in the shot put; he recorded a personal record with a mark of 12.68m.
