The Short Story: Bowie State's Jaiden Jarrett claimed first place in the men's 100m dash with a stellar time of 10.72 seconds at the Oscar Moore Invitational, hosted by Rowan University in Glassboro, N.J.
The Bulldog Women
Sprints
- Mylah Faulk placed seventh in the 200m, crossing the line in 27.25 seconds.
- Anijah Medley earned third place in the 100m dash with a time of 12.86 seconds.
Jumps
- Medley also finished fourth in the long jump with a mark of 4.75 meters.
Throws
- Yassine Kamara claimed second place in both the shot put (12.48m) and the women's discus (37.56m).
The Bulldog Men
Sprints
- Aaron Little, Jr., secured second place in the 110m hurdles with an impressive time of 14.90 seconds.
- In the 400m dash, Benick Akeh placed eighth with a time of 50.71 seconds, followed closely by Nathan Jacobs in ninth at 51.08 seconds.
Throws
- Three Bulldogs placed in the top 10 of the discus: Jaeden Warner earned fifth with a mark of 40.43m, Isam Banajah secured seventh at 37.52m, and Leandre Lewis finished eighth with a throw of 37.18m.
- Lewis also took third in the hammer throw with a mark of 41.53m.
- In the shot put, Movado Gray threw 14.28m for fourth place, while Warner placed seventh with a mark of 13.15m.
