The Short Story: Fallou Mboup finished second in the 110m hurdles to lead the Bowie State men's track and field team at the Maryland Invitational at Kehoe Track & Field Complex (College Park, MD). 

SPRINTS

• Caleb Rose earned 11th place finish in the 400m race at 52.37.
• Three Bulldogs finished in the top-20 in the 200m, led by Rose (23.89) at 13th place, Holloway (23.91) at 14th place, and Kent (25.98) finished 19th. 

DISTANCE

• In the 800m race, Sean Montague finished in 15th place for Bowie State with a time of 2:07.38.
• Keon Whiterspoon placed 17th in the 1500m (4:21.51) and Justin Alston finished 19th (4:41.65).

JUMPS

• Corey Anderson finished in the top-3 at second place in the triple jump at 12.72m.
• Tareik Jackson recorded third in the high jump at 1.85m.
• Three Bulldogs finished top-10 in the long jump led by Anderson (5.89m) in fifth, Pittman (5.88m) in sixth, and Stevens (5.57m) in 10th place. 

HURDLES

• Fallou Mboup grabbed second place in the 110m hurdles, at (15.98) and Ceque Stevens came in third at (17.65). 
• Lloyd Braxton placed fifth in the 400m hurdles (1:01.79) and Nicholas Kent placed sixth (1:05.04).

THROWS

• Jaeden Warner finished top-3 at third place in the discus throw at (40.64m).
• Joshua Carter earned third place in the pole vault with a mark of 3.75m.
• Movado Gray, Jaeden Warner, Ahmad Johnson and Isam Banajah all recorded top-10 finishes in the shot put.Gray earned fourth (13.77m), Johnson earned sixth (13.13m), Warner earned seventh (13.13m) and Banajah (10.87m) rounded out the Bulldogs performance with the 10th spot.
• Four Bulldogs finished top-10 in javelin throw led by Lewis (34.80m) in sixth place, Fluellen (34.51m) in seventh place, Banajah (32.93m) in ninth place, and Ross (32.80m) finishing in 10th place.

Bowie State will travel to compete in the St. Mary's College (MD) Seahawk Invitational on Saturday, March 30th at Jamie L. Roberts Stadium.
